OWL3 Self contained recessed

OWL3 Self Contained LED Emergency is a popular option for recessed installations throughout, offering a cost effective emergency scheme with superb spacing's and discreet design. OWL3 is also frequently used as just a downlighter so please add /D for downlighter only.

There are four options, OWL3/HL High level offering a 60 degree narrow beam, ideal for higher mounting heights eg above 5mts. OWL3/MB has a 105 degree beam and ideal for mounting anywhere between 5 to 10mts. OWL3/WB has a 160 degree beam and works best mounted 2 to 5mts. OWL3/CB has a special lens which gives a batwing effect for distribution along the length of the corridor.

All OWL3 emergency downlighters come complete with a 1mm green/red bi-colour indicator (see below) this is housed in the bezel. The OWL3 downlighters may be powered from constant current drivers at 350mA, 500mA or 700mA in emergency mode, as required, to produce the desired lumen output to suit the application. The highest efficiency is achieved at 350mA (typically 135lm/W).lighting applications (including Self Test /DALI projects)
